Method
- Measure out all the ingredients and add the frozen pineapple chunks into your blender.
- Add the ice cubes on top of the pineapple, then pour in the water or coconut water to help with blending.
- Pulse the blender a few times to start breaking down the ice, then blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy, about 30-45 seconds. You should see a thick, vibrant yellow mixture with a frosty texture.
- Taste the slushie and, if desired, add honey or agave syrup for extra sweetness. Blend again briefly to incorporate.
- Once the mixture is thick, creamy, and well combined, pour it into glasses. The texture should be fluffy and icy, with a bright yellow color and aroma of fresh pineapple.
- Serve immediately with a straw or spoon, enjoying the cool, refreshing burst of tropical flavor.
Notes
For an extra tropical twist, add a splash of coconut milk or a few fresh mint leaves before blending.
