- Crumble the cooled cake into a large mixing bowl until it resembles fine crumbs.

- While they chill, melt the candy melts or chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second bursts until smooth and glossy.
- Dip each chilled cake pop into the melted coating, turning to coat evenly, then gently tap off excess and place on a new parchment-lined tray to set.
- Once coated and set, use small amounts of icing gels to add bloodshot details and pupils onto each eyeball to resemble monster eyes.
- Adjust and refine the eye details to your liking, and let the decorations dry completely before serving.
