Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry lightly to smooth out creases and then cut it into strips approximately 1 inch wide.
Wrap each hot dog tightly with a strip of puff pastry, overlapping slightly to resemble bandages.
Place the wrapped hot dogs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly — the pastry should be crisp and flaky.
